Payment timing

Credit card and PayPal payments are charged at the time of order. For Komoju payment methods such as convenience-store (konbini) payment, payment is due within the period specified for each method.



Shipping rates (France → Japan)

All orders are shipped from France. The rate is determined by the total weight of the parcel:

A tracking link is sent to the customer by email as soon as the order ships.

The exact rate applicable to your order is calculated automatically and displayed before payment is confirmed. These fees do not include any import duties or local taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.



Delivery time

In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery to Japan takes approximately 7–11 business days after shipment. For pre-order items, the delivery time is indicated on each individual product page.



Returns and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before shipment; cancellations are not possible once an order has shipped.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer if reported within 10 days of delivery (subject to stock availability). If the item is no longer in stock, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Digital products (such as HD downloads) cannot be returned or refunded once ordered, due to their nature.
